Dan believes the essence of life is in it's stories.  So here's his:

Dan began at New Mexico's KOAT-TV. As an intern he found the career he had dreamed of was on the horizon. Within weeks he was shooting and editing stories and operating live trucks.  Soon afterward, the non-paying position turned into a paycheck and it began.  After four years Dan was promoted to Assistant Chief Photographer.  Later on, Dan was lucky enough to be selected to join KUSA-TV in Denver.  There he worked among the best of the best in television photojournalism.  He was there for five of the station's unprecendented 9 National Press Photographers Station of the Year and finished his stay off with Photographer of the Year for that region.  After ten years, Dan ventured out on his own to expand his journey.  Along the way he's met five US Presidents and a Pope, traveled to every state and nearly every continent in the world.  His client list has come to include NBC News, Dateline NBC, Discovery, Food Network, HGTV, Animal Planet, HBO, General Motors & Pepsi.  It is the diversity of his clients and their needs that have driven him to continue to help them tell their stories through his craft.
